La Africaine de Financement et d’Accompagnement (CAFA) est une microfinance en creationen Guinee. En effet, le continent africain et en particulier la Guinee,est souvent décrit comme étant immensément riche en potentialités mais en proie à la pauvreté. L'énorme disparité entre les classes riches et pauvres montre que les pauvres n'ont pas encore accès aux circuits financiers organisés. Face à cette réalité paradoxale, un groupe d'intellectuels africains (economistes et experts en politiques sociales) a décidé de créer la Caisse Africaine de Financement et d'Accompagnement (CAFA) en vue de répondre aux besoins financiers et non financiers des populations mal dsservies en particulier dans les milieux ruraux et urbains. VISION: « Promouvoir l'inclusion financière innovante pour les populations africaines défavorisées en vue de leur plein épanouissement économique et social. MISSION: Fournir des services financiers et non financiers de qualité et adaptés aux besoins des populations défavorisées tout en soutenant la viabilité à long terme du développement économique des individus, des entreprises et des communautés que nous servons. » OBJECTIFS CLES: 1. Accroître l'accès aux services financiers et non financiers pour stimuler la croissance d'une grande partie de la population mal desservie des milieux ruraux et urbains. 2. Fournir un accompagnement personnalisé pour favoriser l'autonomie financière et le développement des compétences (formation personalisée, coaching, conseils et sensibilisation). 3. Encourager l'entrepreneuriat et la création d'emplois grâce à des prêts adaptés et à un soutien financier. 4. Créer des connexions aux marchés pour saisir des opportunités économiques innovantes qui permettent aux PME et aux individus productifs de développer leurs activités et leurs compétences grâce à de nouveaux produits et partenariats transformatifs. 5. Utiliser des solutions technologiques adaptées pour rendre les services financiers et non financiers plus accessibles et efficaces. 6. Collaborer avec des partenaires locaux et internationaux pour renforcer notre impact et étendre notre portée à travers le continent africain. C'est dans ce cadre que je vous écris afin de solliciter l'accompagnement technique et financier sous forme de pret de votre département pour la mise en place de cette institution de la microfinance en Guinée. Le potentiel du marché est immense, car l'inclusion financiere reste faible en Guinée. Il ya a peine un million de Guinéens qui sont actuellement enrolés comme membres dans les microfinance existantes sur une population estimée à 13 million d'habitants dont plus de la moitiée vit en dessous du seuil de pauvreté. Nous ossons expérer votre appui nous apporter une plus grande value et contribuera significativement au démarrage de l'entreprise.

Experience of more than 15 years in assessment and evaluation of grant applications, developed by working for various international / European organizations like the Executive Agency for Culture, Education and Audiovisual (EACEA), the Executive Agency for Competitiveness and Innovation (EACI/ EASME) and also in various European/EEA/ Swiss funding mechanisms managed in Romania (Romanian National Agency within Youth in action/ Lifelong Learning Programs, Civil Society Development Foundation through the EEA Financial Mechanism - NGO Fund/ Active Citizens Fund Romania, the Project Management Authority from the Ministry of Culture through the EEA Financial Mechanism, the thematic Romanian-Swiss cooperation Fund). In addition to the above mentioned, relevant experience was built under different specific national programs such as the ones run by the National School Camps and Tourism Agency, the Civil Society Development Foundation through the Civic Innovation Fund and In Stare de Bine financed by Kaufland Romania, public bodies such as National Fund for Cultural Administration and the directorate for projects under the Timisoara City Council.
Experience of more than 15 years in managing grants acquired by working for the Romanian National Agency under the Youth in Action Programme, funding line 1.2 - Youth Initiatives and for the Civil Society Development Foundation under the EEA Financial Mechanism – NGO Fund and Active Citizens Fund Romania, the Fund for Civic Innovation, small grants scheme for projects of civic involvement.
Experience of over 22 years in working with various governmental and nongovernmental organizations at national and international level, through proposal writing, project management and consultancy in organizational development practices in over 100 national and international projects funded by various public and private sources (European Commission. European Structural Funds, Youth in Action Programme, Lifelong Learning Programme, Europe for Citizens, Europe Aid, Council Europe through the European Youth Foundation; other funding programs such as USAID, CEE Trust, Romanian American Foundation, Open Society Institute, Ministry of Education, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Romania, the Cultural National Fund Administration, etc.)
Experience of over 22 years in the education and youth sector developed both at national and international level within various governmental and nongovernmental organizations. The expertise was mostly driven through projects in the fields of education, training and educational intervention.
