Bijay Bashyal is EJN's Nepal Project Officer. He is an environmental scientist with passion towards biodiversity conservation, and natural resource management. He holds a master's degree in environmental science from Tribhuvan University. He boasts over five years of experience in project management and grassroot advocacy initiatives on sustainable natural resource usage. Prior to EJN, he worked in project management funded by USAID, Waterkeeper Alliance and DFAT in Nepal. He has worked closely with various Indigenous communities, conservation groups and societies, and local and provincial governments during these projects. His interests are centered around safeguarding natural resources and promoting sustainability.

Currently managing Capacity Building in Vocational and Educational Training (CB VET) and Erasmus+ Virtual Exchanges (EVE).

Previously managing the European Higher Education Observatory and eTwinning. Previously in charge of the Latin American portfolio within Erasmus Mundus, and before that involved in ALFA, EUROCLIMA, WATERCLIMA, EURO-SOLAR and FLEGT (DEVCO).

Experience in EU and LAC affairs, development cooperation, and Latin American policy analysis. Project manager, design, implementation, and evaluation of public policies. Over the years, she has advised UN Women and other agencies, governments, and civil society on gender mainstreaming in development policies and programmes. Extensive knowledge in institutional capacity assessment and good governance. Trainer and researcher in diversity and inclusion, gender equality, GRB, human rights, and women's empowerment.

I am Roland Menounga, Graduate of the Institute of Political Studies of Toulouse, independent consultant in strategy, renewable energies, sustainability, decentralization, diplomacy and public policies. Furthermore, I am a member of the administration for an association under Belgian law working in decentralized cooperation, fundraising, networking and partnerships. I am a hard-working person, with a keen sense of analysis, a true business manager, dedicated to the task and available. I am open to looking into everything that allows the growth of Europe and the safeguarding of its interests and its supremacy.
