Alejandro is a seasoned professional in international cooperation and humanitarian response, specializing in conflict zones and displacement crises. With a background that includes a Master's in European Interdisciplinary Studies from the College of Europe and advanced studies in International Cooperation, his expertise spans complex fields such as humanitarian demining, security policy, and development. 

Alejandro has contributed to diverse projects across multiple countries, including Guatemala, Mongolia, Ukraine, Poland and Denmark, With specializations in program management, strategic communication, and community-based approaches to humanitarian aid.

A multilingual lawyer trained in several jurisdictions, Libor has over 18 years of experience working with high-level governmental, intergovernmental and non-governmental structures. He has previously managed diverse teams and complex projects with multiple stakeholders and large budgets in challenging environments of the Middle East (Security Sector Reform), Western Balkans (EU Pre-accession Assistance) and Turkey (EU Refugee Response). He is currently the Head of Operations and Partnerships at the Union for the Mediterranean headquartered in Barcelona, Spain.
