Andreas de Jong is a freelance consultant with over 25 years of work experience in 32 countries in Africa, Asia, the Middle East and Europe. He has specific technical expertise in the development and management of groundwater and surface water resources and the environment. He has worked in the position of technical expert, deputy team leader and team leader, and is experienced in all aspects of the project management cycle from formulation to execution and evaluation.
