A Professional with 20 years hands on experience in Monitoring Evaluation Accountability and Learning in establishing and managing of MEL systems for projects and programs in development sector within Sri Lanka and overseas. Handling MEAL functions in diverse sectors (WASH, livelihood, climate change adaptation, economic development, agriculture development, governance and in relief & rehabilitation) in both local and international context has sharpen my skills, capabilities to overcome challenges. I am serving as a evaluation mission lead to organizations of Results Oriented Monitoring (ROM) based in Brussels, and Independent Office of Evaluation FAO Roam.
