Giacomo Rambaldi is an independent consultant in the domains of digitalisation for agriculture participatory mapping and enterprise development. He has 41 years of professional experience in Africa, Latin America, Asia, the Pacific and the Caribbean where he worked for various international organizations including the Technical Centre for Agricultural & Rural Cooperation ACP-EU (CTA), the Asian Development Bank (ADB), FAO and as long-term consultant on projects funded by the Italian Aid to Development and the European Commission. He holds an honours degree in agricultural sciences from the State University of Milan, Italy.
He worked for 17 years at CTA as a member of the Digitalisation for Agriculture (D4Ag) team where he coordinated and administered a stream of activities related to the deployment of D4Ag in Africa, Caribbean and Pacific (ACP) countries.
Fiorina Mugione is a highly accomplished professional with a wealth of experience in development cooperation. Her previous role as Chief of Entrepreneurship at the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development involved policy advice, training, mentorship, and coaching to entrepreneurs, women leaders, and young diplomats. In addition to her coaching and consulting work at GDSI and other firms, Fiorina is a Board of the Organisation of of Women in International Trade (OWIT) working on women's economic empowerment. As a Board Member of the United Nations Institute for Training and Research (UNITAR), focusing on education and entrepreneurship, she actively supports initiatives that empower individuals and communities. Furthermore, as a Board member of Accelerate Africa, she plays a strategic role in driving the organization's mission of fostering economic growth and development in Africa. She also regularly work as expert advisor and Master Coach. She currently serves as an Ambassador for the European Union Capacity4Development program, where she contributes to promoting sustainable development through capacity building.

I am a seasoned professional with 16 years of progressive experience, driven by a deep passion for
international development and humanitarian assistance. I have a proven track record in designing and
leading Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) functions and managing Information Systems for highimpact donor-funded projects, United Nations agencies, and international NGOs. My expertise spans
various sectors, including education, health, workforce development, refugee and IDP protection, and
humanitarian assistance during emergencies.
I specialize in developing and implementing MEL strategy, plans and data systems for donor-funded
projects and humanitarian programs. My strengths lie in identifying organizational data needs,
implementing cutting-edge technology solutions, and administering large-scale Information Systems
and reporting dashboards. With a strong background in web and relational databases, I have extensive
experience in developing in-house data applications for efficient collection, storage, analysis, and
visualization of non-profit sector data
