Triangular cooperation

This Group concerns the creole cultures in the perspective of a common candidacy of CREOLE CULTURES at the World Intangible Heritage of UNESCO, with the sponsorship of President José Maria Neves, which intends to organize in Cape Verde a world summit of Creole countries, nations and regions.
