I'm a Human Resources Specialist and Trainer. An independent worker since 1995. Based in Portugal I also worked in Angola, Cape Verde, East-Timor, Guinea-Bissau and Mozambique. Main project features: Services rendered of Consultancy and Training to the customers (inside and out organizations) with view to develop skills and knowledge of their human resources in strategic areas of the organizations. Working at these fields: Water Supply and Sanitation (WASH) and Gas and Oil industries.
