The EU's Gender Action Plan (GAP) III, adopted by the European Commission and the EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy in November 2020, sets out an ambitious agenda for gender equality and women's empowerment in the EU's external action, with the aim of safeguarding progress and accelerating progress towards the Sustainable Development Goals and other international commitments. To enhance cooperation and practice-sharing among people working on gender equality or interested in these issues, the following pages contain information, tools and guidance on GAP III implementation.
