I really enjoyed last week's EYD2015 event for its interactive and inclusive approach. It was really refreshing to see.

I was holding back the tears when Johnson was speaking in the morning. So young yet so brave!

In fact all the youth ambassadors were inspirational. I took part in the young people on board session and seeing these 16-17 year olds speak so calmly and diligently in a foreign language provides so much hope for the future.

They are indeed tomorrow's adults and I for one was proud of them and of witnessing such hope for the future.

#EYD2015, let's make it happen!

Here is a short video of Johnson's speech. Very inspiring, indeed. So young and so determined! Let's reach out to young people in developing and European countries alike during next year.
