Technical support and advisory services to increase the effectiveness of EU financed Rural Development interventions (FSTP, SORUDEV and ZEAT-BEAD) to support the South Sudan Development Plan 2011-2016 to reduce the vulnerability of rural communities and enhance their agricultural productivity and food security. Juliane is working as international expert in the forest and timber sector. With more than 28 years of experience, she has worked extensively in Africa, Latin America, and Asia, focusing on sustainable development and international trade. Currently, Juliane supports smallholder farmers in meeting sustainability standards with innovative, technological solutions enabling them to access international compliance markets. Previously Ms Lemcke worked in strategic support and communications for the EU FLEGT Facility implementing key aspects of the international forest program FLEGT in EU partner countries. Earlier in her career, Ms Lemcke lived and worked in South Africa, where she led SGS’s timber legality and traceability program. She has in-depth knowledge of timber regulations, expertise in due diligence, forest and legality certification, and responsible trade practices. She fosters sustainable value chains, conducts trainings, and builds strategic partnerships, bridging stakeholder interests across government, industry, and NGOs. Ms Lemcke holds an MSc in Wood Science & Technology and has industry experience in international import and export. She is fluent in German, English and Spanish and can communicate in French in both, speaking and writing.

I am a Results-Based Management specialist, who has a background in adult education. I try to demystify donor agency RBM frameworks, and make them easier to use by people planning, implementing, and reporting on international development projects. My training is usually entertaining, and I often find, after we complete the training, that participants are more interested in using Results-Based Management to explain what they are doing.

Giacomo Rambaldi is an independent consultant in the domains of digitalisation for agriculture participatory mapping and enterprise development. He has 41 years of professional experience in Africa, Latin America, Asia, the Pacific and the Caribbean where he worked for various international organizations including the Technical Centre for Agricultural & Rural Cooperation ACP-EU (CTA), the Asian Development Bank (ADB), FAO and as long-term consultant on projects funded by the Italian Aid to Development and the European Commission. He holds an honours degree in agricultural sciences from the State University of Milan, Italy.

He worked for 17 years at CTA as a member of the Digitalisation for Agriculture (D4Ag) team where he coordinated and administered a stream of activities related to the deployment of D4Ag in Africa, Caribbean and Pacific (ACP) countries.

Fiorina Mugione is a highly accomplished professional with a wealth of experience in development cooperation. Her previous role as Chief of Entrepreneurship at the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development involved policy advice, training, mentorship, and coaching to entrepreneurs, women leaders, and young diplomats. In addition to her coaching and consulting work at GDSI and other firms, Fiorina is a Board of the Organisation of of Women in International Trade (OWIT) working on women's economic empowerment. As a Board Member of the United Nations Institute for Training and Research (UNITAR), focusing on education and entrepreneurship, she actively supports initiatives that empower individuals and communities. Furthermore, as a Board member of Accelerate Africa, she plays a strategic role in driving the organization's mission of fostering economic growth and development in Africa. She also regularly work as expert advisor and Master Coach. She currently serves as an Ambassador for the European Union Capacity4Development program, where she contributes to promoting sustainable development through capacity building.
