In this interview, we talk to Sigrid Kühlke of the European Commission’s Directorate-General for European Civil Protection and Humanitarian Aid Operations (ECHO), in Nairobi, Kenya.

In our conversation, we discussed the social protection situation in Mali and key challenges of establishing functioning social protection systems during times of conflict.
