Annex I - Description of the Action - TAPSEC

The 15 Member States1 of the Caribbean Forum of the Economic Partnership Agreement with the European Union (CARIFORUM) are mostly Small Island Developing States (SIDS). The countries, collectively, exhibit unique characteristics, including varying topographies, limited or absent natural resources, relatively small populations and fragmented energy markets with limited diversification in their supply.
