Light SWOT Analysis on the current state of the civil society in Eastern Libya (10/2013)

This “light” SWOT analysis on the current state of the civil society in Eastern Libya was conducted on 02/10/13 in al Beida with a group of 10 stakeholders / beneficiaries representing government (Min. of CS, CSSC’s) and private (Univ. of al Beida and Benghazi, CSO’s al Beida and Derna) entities. This SWOT analysis has not followed a thorough methodological process and it is deemed for informative purposes only.
