SUSTAIN – Strengthening Underlying Systems and TVETs for Agribusiness Innovation in Nigeria is implemented in Nigeria from January 2026 to December 2027, led by the Sydani Initiative for International Development. The project focuses on agribusiness, aligning vocational training with labour market demand identified through close collaboration with agribusiness companies and industry actors. By strengthening Colleges of Agriculture and expanding work-based learning opportunities, SUSTAIN supports pathways into decent employment for young Nigerians.
