As a Project Development Officer at AID FOR AIDS International, I develop strategies and proposals for health and integration projects for migrants in Latin America and Europe, as well as for mapping potential partners and donors, communications, and public relations. I am also a consultant and trainer on personal security for humanitarian aid workers, human right defenders and development agencies at OTHER SOLUTIONS. I also formulate projects and grant proposals for UN Women.
I have more than 15 years of experience in consulting, advisory, and project management in the areas of migration, security, diversity, inclusion, environment, and gender with various stakeholders, including government entities, UN agencies, consulting firms, and non-governmental organizations.
I hold a Master's degree in Anthropology, two Masters' degrees in Management, Innovation and Entrepreneurship, and a Diploma in Creative Research. I also have certifications in Project Management and Personal Field Security Training. I am passionate about creating and implementing innovative solutions that address the challenges and opportunities of social change, inclusion, and recognition of diversity. I am fluent in English, French, and Spanish, and have skills in research, public relations, training, stakeholder engagement, and consulting.
