I design and facilitate governance processes that help diverse actors, with different backgrounds, perspectives, and aims, turn complex reform challenges into workable agreements. My work sits at the intersection of governance reform, multi-stakeholder dialogue, and results-based implementation, with a particular focus on politically sensitive environments where trust between actors has to be built, not assumed.
For nearly a decade I worked at the Open Government Partnership, where I built and led the Member Services team, directed a global framework reform process across 70+ member countries, and worked directly with governments and civil society across the Americas and Africa on participation, accountability, and multi-stakeholder dialogue.
I recently left OGP to develop something new at the intersection of public governance and private sector social performance, focused on how multi-actor processes actually get built in practice. While that takes shape, I am available for consulting engagements across governance reform, facilitation, and process design.
