Fully conversant with EuropeAid procedures (including OPSYS, Budget Support, Blending Facilities, EDF, Programme-Estimates and TCF contracts), PCM and LFA, ROM reviews, Results Reporting, M&E design and implementation.
16 years of experience in technical and financial evaluation of projects’ Concept Notes and Full Applications under the EC programmes NSA-LA in Development - Actions in partner countries, public awareness raising and education for development; Food Security Thematic Programme and Food Facility, Adaptation to Climate Change, ENRTP including FLEGT and REDD+, biodiversity conservation in marine protected areas, financing of conservation areas.
Identification and Monitoring of rural development, food security and nutrition, poverty alleviation, agri-business and value-chain, natural resources sustainable management, environment, adaptation to climate change, sustainable agriculture, forest management and governance including FLEGT, biodiversity, climate change (REDD+), agro-forestry.
Institutional Strengthening, capacity building, training and technical assistance to the Ministry of Environment.
Socioeconomic survey & Participatory Rural Appraisal with data collection and analysis in smallholder communities
Participatory community sustainable development, in environment, conflict resolution, human rights and gender;
SME and co-operatives, value-chains and agribusiness development in European and non industrialised countries: vocational training, alternative income generating activities for local development and their social and environmental impact assessment;
Fully conversant with computer software, web 2.0 tools, blogs and group discussions, websites.
Experience as team leader, team member, working-groups facilitator, workshops organisation.
