Component 3 - Institutional
With the aim of strengthening the triangular cooperation system and policy dialogue, ADELANTE 2 also finances small-scale “Triangular Cooperation Funds” with six LAC partners: Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Cuba, and Uruguay. This component represents an opportunity to implement projects at the same time with building institutional and political dialogue.
The funds have an estimated combined budget of about EUR 9 million (EU contribution of EUR 5 million). They are executed by AECID, GIZ, AUCI and AGCID.
