Assistance to Set up a Centre of Excellence in Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency in the Central Africa (CEREEECA).
In this early phase of the project, ARPEDAC is looking to increase partnerships to form a strong consortium so that the project has a broader knowledge, experience and resource base. ARPEDAC would like to work in partnership with you to identify committed and dedicated collaborators around the world and the Central Africa Sub-region to form a strong consortium that could work together as a steering committee of the CEREEECA project. This working group would then discuss different opportunities for the CEREEECA project including energy efficiency and renewable energy needs for the Central Africa sub-regions, new businesses and R&D opportunities etc; this project hope to bring together Central Africa Stakeholders including governments, companies, and academic institutions etc. this working group framework would be form by the following six pillars that could help to set up the CEREEECA project:
i. Political and administrative level
ii. Business level
iii. Financial level
iv. Scientific and educational level
v. International networking and stakeholders,
vi. Local stakeholders
