To achieve its objectives, the project implemented several key activities:
- Training and Technical Assistance: Provided capacity-building sessions for municipal officials and civil society representatives on governance, transparency, and citizen participation.
- Thematic Meetings: Organized meetings focusing on priority topics such as support for women entrepreneurs, facilitating knowledge exchange and collaboration among municipalities.
- International Consultancies: Engaged experts to assist in defining strategies for localizing the 2030 Agenda and enhancing municipal communication.
- Exchange of Experiences: Facilitated interactions between other ADELANTE projects, such as EDEM, to share best practices in entrepreneurship and business development.
