The Transformational Potential aims at Growth of a green economy through:

• Sustainable management of forests and value chains 
• Sustainable agriculture for livelihood and industry 
• Economic diversification of rural areas (promotion of green services and SMEs)

The Team Europe Proposal activities include: 

• Programme support for promoting of fair green economy and the protection of biodiversity
• Private sector development and the role of women in sectors such as Health, Education, Water and Sanitation
• Interventions for protected areas
