I have an extensive background in public health, policy, and administration. Lately, I have been working as a consultant for the World Health Organization and NGOs in Portuguese Speaking African Countries. I have also been involved in various educational and professional initiatives, including lecturing at universities, speaking in conferences, and working with governmental, non-governmental, and private sector organizations.

Specific health sector expertise: primary health care including the integration of vertical programs (e.g., TB, HIV/AIDS, malaria, and mother-and-child health), and evaluation of humanitarian projects.
Management and training of human resources, team player, team builder, and team leader of up to 30+ international and local staff.
