Giordano Golinelli is a project designer, educational/pedagogical counselor, senior trainer, communicator and evaluator with 20 years’ experience in active global citizenship education. He graduated in philosophy and holds a II level master degree in communication and environmental management. From 2002 to 2007 he worked as NGO staff in the so called “Development Education” unit, dealing with the design, management and implementation of projects co-financed by the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the European Commission and many public and private Italian donors. Since 2007 he has been working as project designer, educational/pedagogical counselor, senior trainer (also for teachers of multicultural classrooms) communicator and evaluator in projects on global citizenship education, sustainable development, migration, inclusive education and interculture, social communication and co-development implemented by several Italian NGOs, CSOs, universities and public authorities. He has had professional experience in Nicaragua and Senegal. In 2014 he was selected in the Start Up for Social Entrepreneurship promoted by the Italian Union of Chambers of Commerce and Industry. Since January 2015 he is CEO of Step4 Ltd, a social enterprise that provides products and services for consulting, training and support in the design, formulation, management and evaluation of education, training, capacity building and communication projects.

I am Consultant Prof. Dr. Eng. Adel A. Elbaset, a professor of Electrical Power Engineering with more than 30 years of academic, research, and consulting experience. I currently serve as Vice‑Dean for Student Affairs and previously headed the Electromechanics Department at Heliopolis University, alongside a long career at Minia University as Professor of Electrical Engineering. My work spans teaching, research, laboratory accreditation, and leadership in engineering education. 

I am a certified consultant in Renewable Energy Systems, Quality Management Systems, and Electrical Installations, with extensive experience as a Technical Assessor for the Egyptian Accreditation Council (EGAC) on ISO/IEC 17025, conducting audits and evaluations for laboratories, universities, and industrial organizations. I have supported numerous institutions in achieving accreditation and building robust quality systems. 

Internationally, I served as an External Evaluator for the European Commission (EACEA) – ERASMUS 2027 programme, and as a reviewer for research and innovation grants in the Gulf region. My academic journey includes post‑doctoral research and visiting professorships in Japan, focusing on frontier technologies in renewable energy and intelligent control. 

My research contributions include 90+ publications, several books with Springer and CRC Press, and decades of supervision of MSc and PhD theses in PV systems, wind energy, microgrids, modelling, and power electronics. I have presented at more than 20 international conferences, and delivered thousands of training hours in renewable energy, AI applications, ISO systems, and power system engineering.

Fiorina Mugione is a highly accomplished professional with a wealth of experience in development cooperation. Her previous role as Chief of Entrepreneurship at the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development involved policy advice, training, mentorship, and coaching to entrepreneurs, women leaders, and young diplomats. In addition to her coaching and consulting work at GDSI and other firms, Fiorina is a Board of the Organisation of of Women in International Trade (OWIT) working on women's economic empowerment. As a Board Member of the United Nations Institute for Training and Research (UNITAR), focusing on education and entrepreneurship, she actively supports initiatives that empower individuals and communities. Furthermore, as a Board member of Accelerate Africa, she plays a strategic role in driving the organization's mission of fostering economic growth and development in Africa. She also regularly work as expert advisor and Master Coach. She currently serves as an Ambassador for the European Union Capacity4Development program, where she contributes to promoting sustainable development through capacity building.

Created in 2016, CCIF Cyprus supports education and research for social inclusion of all citizens, including youth with fewer opportunities, disabilities and immigrants. Our purpose is to provide an enabling space to people from inauspicious environments and equip them with necessary digital skills to access today’s labour market, while increasing their chances at an equal treatment. We are heavily involved in the integration process of immigrants in Pafos, offering them several times a week Greek, English, computer literacy classes, as well as drama classes and sport, so that they can develop their skills and capacity of expression. CCIF Cyprus helped immigrants and refugees learn languages to be better positioned not only to find work, but also to better communicate with their Cypriot counterparts for which sometimes different or foreign can seem rather threatening.

My extensive technology background encompasses Security and C3 Architectures, Cloud/Big Data Architectures, and deep expertise in the NATO Security domain, including Common Criteria for ITSEC certification and Cloud (CCM of CSA) for NATO CIS accreditation. I am a recognised expert in NATO C3I Systems & Interoperability, including Interface Exchange Requirements (IERs), Interface Control Documents (ICDs), Interoperability Validation & Verification (IV&V) and Modelling & Simulation (NATO "(ALT)BMD" Integration Test Bed). As a Senior Data Scientist, I bring advanced expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML), including Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative Pre-trained AI (GPAI), their evaluation trough HELM methodologies and the design and validation of Digital Twins. I am an active member of the Emerging Technologies (AI) WG of the Cloud Security Alliance (CSA) and have been part of the NATO ACT Data Science Group. I am also proud member of the Italian National Association of Professional Engineers since 1989. My management approach is founded on PMBook, Prince 2 principles, integrated within an ISO 9001 quality system, as well as ITIL certification, ensuring effective leadership, team building, and successful project outcomes.
