Addressing inequalities is a key priority for the European Commission. DG INTPA is committed to investing in capacity building and training with the objective of raising awareness on the complex and intersectional concept of inequality in EU sectors and development interventions.
The Intercultural Competences Approach Programme (formerly InCA) is an interdisciplinary action-research programme which was developed by DG INTPA. It aims at increasing the effectiveness and the results of the EU external policies and interventions though an intercultural sensitive partnership with countries and implementing organisations.
