Freelance expert, highly experienced in implementing and managing EU-funded programmes and projects in the fields of support to civil society, democratic governance and human rights, with a special focus on Africa (Western and Central) and the EUROMED region.

My previous role as Results Oriented Monitoring (ROM) expert at PARTICIP GmbT:

• Analysed EU portfolio interventions management processes (human, financial, operational resources (efficiency); effectiveness; Lograme design; sustainability EU Communication &Visibility; cross cutting issues).
• Led evaluations in different thematics (public health, improvement of national, regional and local Government Institutions, social inclusion, gender, women empowerment, applying mixed methods approaches (interviews, surveys, document reviews) to measure outcomes and unexpected impacts.
• Developed actionable findings and recommendations aiming to improve the intervention or project implementation or conclusion/phasing out, ensuring alignment with EU procedures, namely ROM guidelines.

• Technical Expertise : Robust and successful technical experience, monitoring and assessing multiple interventions led by (European Union Delegations) EUD in Sub-Saharan African, East and West Africa, countries, collaborating with Government countries and implementing partners, such as UN agencies (WHO, UNICEF, etc); French, Spanish, and English  public agency for the design and implementation of international technical cooperation projects: Expertise France AECID,  and FCDO, as well as Health Ministries of German, Austria, France;  International and national NGO’s.

  2023/2024 - OPSYS Quality Manager - Support around 15 African European Union Delegations (EUD) for their prioritised portfolio of Primary Interventions (PINTVs) and respective logframes for the Results Reporting (RR) 2025.

Recently joined the European Commission DG INTPA as part of the F5 Unit leading digital economy related international partnerships as part of the connectivity focused team.
