Bruno Meric, titulaire d'un Master 2 en Droit et développement de l'Economie Sociale et Solidaire, possède 25 années d'expérience en politiques publiques dans le secteur socio-économique, acquise principalement en Afrique et en France. Il a travaillé sur de nombreux projets financés par l'UE, l'ONU, l'AFD, MasterCard Foundation, se concentrant sur l'autonomisation des jeunes, la formation professionnelle et l'entrepreneuriat. Il a contribué à plusieurs publications sur l'insertion socio-professionnelle des jeunes, notamment une étude pour l'AFD sur les dispositifs d'appui à l'insertion des jeunes sur le marché du travail en Afrique. Actuellement, Bruno Meric poursuit le développement de son expertise au service de projets visant à améliorer les perspectives d'avenir des jeunes dans les pays en développement, avec un accent particulier sur le renforcement des capacités locales et la promotion de politiques inclusives pour la jeunesse.
En particulier il a travaillé dans les activités suivantes :
- Maroc: Chef d’équipe du «Programme d’Appui à la Jeunesse au Maroc (PAJM) » (UE)
- France: « Evaluation ex-ante de projets Erasmus + Jeunesse pour le compte de l’Agence Erasmus + France » (UE)
- Togo: Chef d’équipe pour « Appui au montage du projet d'appui à l’insertion des jeunes femmes au Togo»
- Côte d’Ivoire: Team leader du Programme “PRO Jeunes” dont l’objectif est l'insertion par l'entrepreneuriat de de 10.000 jeunes ivoiriens (Mastercard Foundation)
- Afrique: Etude sur « Les dispositifs d’appui à l’insertion des jeunes sur le marché du travail en Afrique » (AFD)
- Maroc: «Formation et d’Insertion Professionnelle des jeunes dans les régions de Tanger Tétouan et de l’Oriental » (UE)

Jean-Benoît Bourjeois is a socioeconomist, holder of a diploma master in socioeconomy at the Ecole des Hautes Etudes en Sciences Sociales (EHESS - Paris) in 1995. He is an independent expert since 1998 and is working in particular on the design and the implementation of M&E system in Africa on different projects (Public Finances, Infrastructures project, Poverty program in Morocco and in Senegal. Jean-Benoît Bourjeois carries out evaluations studies for different donors (European Union, MCC, Lux-Development, French Development Agency, NGOs...).

Engineer & agro-economist by education, I have been specialized for 20+ years in design, management, monitoring and evaluation of development interventions. Besides methodologies for developmeent, the following thematics have been my main fields: agriculture & rural development, environment & waste management, forest & natural resource management, local & territorial development, CSO & local authorities, capacity development & adult learning.

After 7 years of in the NGO sector, I have started as a free-lance consultant in 2007. I work mainly as an evaluator, facilitator, coach and trainer, with a diversity of actors (national public sector, local authorities, private sector, CSOs, grass-root communities...) and in a diversity of contexts (micro-projects, sector programmes, regional programmes, sector budget support) and countries (more than 40 countries in Africa, Asia, Pacific, Middle-East, Latin America and Europe). *

My methodological background, made me one of the experts selected to train and support EU staff on project design and MEAL topics (MKS - Methodological knowledge sharing programme). In this capacity I was/am also part of the helpdesk and quality assurance service for the European staff for i) the design of monitoring and performance measurement frameworks (SQ2M - Quality Monitoring Systems and Methodologies of Projects and Programs); ii) the evaluations of the European Commission's cooperation programs managed by DG INTPA (ESS - Evaluation Support Service).

Nadège Nzoyem is a forest & wildlife engineer from the University of Dschang (Cameroon) with MSc in forestry from the University of Bangor (United Kingdom) and several executive short courses in leadership, project management and sustainable production. She cumulates 20 years of experience in sustainable development and advisory practice working with international non-profit organizations to protect forests and improve the livelihoods of farmers and local communities and help them to mitigate and adapt to climate change. She has good experience working with a wide range of stakeholders, including governments, bilateral and multilateral agencies, the private sector, multi-stakeholder platforms, civil society organizations and regional bodies. After a year in consultancies, she worked at the Netherlands Development Organisation (SNV) for 11 years as Advisor in Forestry & Environment. In October 2014, she joined Rainforest Alliance, leading the organisation interventions and growth in West and Central Africa for a world where people and nature thrive in harmony.

Dr. Guilain Mathe is a political scientist with more than 18 years of professional experience in policy-oriented research, as well as in the management of international cooperation programmes. He holds a PhD in Peace and Security Studies and has specific competencies as a Strategic Planning and Result Based Management Expert, having extensively provided his expertise to numerous monitoring and evaluation of peace and security programmes implemented in African countries. Dr Mathe has very solid skills in project monitoring and evaluation aimed at strengthening capabilities of public authorities and security institutions. His areas of expertise relate to: Transnational Organised Crime (illicit trafficking in arms, persons, drugs, falsified medical products, and natural resources); Security Sector Reform (SSR), Demobilization and Reintegration (DDR), Prevention of Violent Extremism (PVE), Human Rights, Stabilization & Recovery, and Institutional development & Capacity-building. Additionally, he is used to working on sensitive issues and in politically, economically, and culturally fragmented societies, having conducted missions in Sub-Saharan Africa, with a focus on Central and West African countries. He has overseen the monitoring of the project "Enhancing National Institutions for setting-up the indicators system on firearms control » in Niger and Mauritania. Furthermore, Dr. Mathe has developed training modules and provided technical advice to high-level public officials and international donors for improving the efficiency of development cooperation projects, besides being a multilingual expert proficient in English, French, Swahili, and Lingala. For example, he has led numerous Result-Oriented Monitoring missions (ROM review) for assessing large-scale projects funded by the EU in Sub-Saharan Africa, particularly the EU interventions aimed at strengthening the capacity of the G5 Sahel Joint Force to fight against terrorism and other related forms of transnational organized crime in the Sahel.
