The Education, Audiovisual and Culture Executive Agency (EACEA) has just published the list of projects selected under the 2nd call for proposals of the Intra-Africa Academic Mobility Scheme:
The programme funds partnerships of higher education institutions (HEIs) from different African countries with technical support of EU HEIs and grants scholarships for African students and university staff to carry out studies, research, teaching or training in another African country.
A 3rd call for proposals might be launched in the coming years, however this should still be confirmed through a Commission decision.

indeed, etwinning is only for the EU, but European Schoolnet also works on some projects with African countries. I recommend you contact the following user for further details: https://europa.eu/capacity4dev/users/maite-debry
Our school is looking for an EU-Africa school-mini-network inititiatif. All I could find was https://www.etwinning.net but that's only for EU-28 schools. Anybody?

You can have a look at our SchoolLinks programme, which offers a supportive framework which enables schools in the North and South to develop North-South school links within which educational and intercultural exchanges find a place and through which abilities of global citizenship are being developed.
