The Export Helpdesk is an online service, provided by the European Commission, to inform business in developing countries on how to export to the EU. Just in a few clicks, business can find:
| How? | It provides business with the full list of requirements its product needs to fulfill to enter the EU market |
| How much? | It calculates the import tariff applying to its product and informs business if a preferential tariff applies in its specific case |
| How to obtain a preferential tariff? | It explains the preferential trade agreements applying to its product and country and informs on how to implement themIt also explains how to prove the origin of a product |
| With whom can I do business? | It provides business with a list of EU trade contacts |
| Who is importing/exporting? | It assists market research by providing detailed statistics on EU trade flows product-by-product |
