🌟 En LA HORA DE EL PACCTO 2.0 encontrarás el conocimiento generado y compartido en las reuniones de trabajo, desde las instituciones públicas, con los jóvenes protagonistas, la sociedad civil y la academia en el Segundo CICLO DE DEBATES. 🌟 El programa EL PACCTO 2.0 reafirma su compromiso con la protección, empoderamiento y desarrollo de las juventudes en la región de América Latina y el Caribe. Este programa busca abordar la prevención del delito desde una perspectiva estratégica y coordinada.
Este enfoque se desarrolla a través de tres niveles de investigación aplicada:
- Prevención primaria: 🏘️ Centrada en la coordinación entre entidades estatales y no estatales para implementar acciones en barrios de alta criminalidad y vulnerabilidad. Se priorizan temas como el desarrollo juvenil, el acceso a oportunidades educativas y el fortalecimiento del tejido social.
- Prevención secundaria: 👮♂️👩👧👦 Busca mejorar la interacción entre las fuerzas del orden, las comunidades y las juventudes para prevenir el primer contacto de los jóvenes con el crimen. Esto incluye fortalecer capacidades policiales, fomentar la participación juvenil y garantizar espacios seguros para actividades recreativas y educativas.
- Prevención terciaria: 🔄 Dedicada a garantizar la coordinación entre actores estatales y no estatales, dirigida a la reintegración de jóvenes en conflicto con la ley. Se asegura un apoyo integral en áreas como educación, empleabilidad, salud mental y desarrollo personal, tanto durante como después de su tiempo en custodia.
Con este marco, el programa EL PACCTO 2.0 apoya el fortalecimiento de las capacidades de las instituciones de justicia y seguridad, además de las instituciones de la sociedad civil, para la prevención del delito y el desarrollo de soluciones sostenibles y efectivas que impacten positivamente en la vida de las comunidades. Todo esto con un enfoque holístico hacia la protección de la niñez, adolescencia y juventud. 🌍👶👦👧

🌟 EL PACCTO 2.0 programme reaffirms its commitment to the protection, empowerment, and development of youth in the Latin American and Caribbean region. This programme aims to address crime prevention from a strategic and coordinated perspective. This approach is developed through three levels of applied research:
- Primary prevention: 🏘️ Focused on coordination between state and non-state entities to implement actions in high-crime and vulnerable neighbourhoods. Prioritised topics include youth development, access to educational opportunities, and strengthening the social fabric.
- Secondary prevention: 👮♂️👩👧👦 Aims to improve interaction between law enforcement, communities, and youth to prevent the first contact of young people with crime. This includes strengthening police capabilities, fostering youth participation, and ensuring safe spaces for recreational and educational activities.
- Tertiary prevention: 🔄 Dedicated to ensuring coordination between state and non-state actors, aimed at the reintegration of young people in conflict with the law. Comprehensive support is provided in areas such as education, employability, mental health, and personal development, both during and after their time in custody.
Within this framework, EL PACCTO 2.0 programme supports the strengthening of the capacities of justice and security institutions, as well as civil society institutions, for crime prevention and the development of sustainable and effective solutions that positively impact the lives of communities. All this with a holistic approach to the protection of children, adolescents, and youth. 🌍👶👦👧
