💸 Delitos cometidos con IA: fraude financiero y bancario, suplantación de identidad, Ransomware, Phishing e Ingeniería Social, Tráfico de personas, Abuso y explotación sexual, ciberviolencia. 🕵️♂️💻
⚠️ La IA puede reproducir, amplificar o incluso crear nuevas formas de discriminación y violencia de género. Los algoritmos aplicados en seguridad y justicia tienden a estar entrenados con datos que no representan adecuadamente a mujeres y grupos vulnerables.
🔧 Es crucial que las instituciones de Seguridad y justicia se adapten a esta nueva realidad, desarrollando y aplicando tecnología responsable, ética y objetiva que permita contrarrestar el uso indebido de la IA. 🛡️🤖
💡 Desde EL PACCTO 2.0 se promueve el intercambio de conocimiento y experiencias sobre uso de la IA en los ámbitos de seguridad y justicia.
🤝 Cooperación innovadora: EL PACCTO 2.0 de la UE propone un modelo de cooperación con América Latina y el Caribe para combatir el crimen organizado usando herramientas de IA para perseguir delitos y se impulsarán estándares legales internacionales.

🤖 AI: Benefits and risks: Artificial Intelligence can enhance our lives, but it can also be used by criminal groups to commit crimes such as fraud, cyber-attacks, and virtual kidnappings. International cooperation is key to stopping these groups and protecting millions of people.

⚠️ AI can reproduce, amplify, or even create new forms of discrimination and gender-based violence. Algorithms used in security and justice tend to be trained with data that do not adequately represent women and vulnerable groups.
