I am very enthusiastic about the training opportunity and prospective alumni since I have a strong desire to help the less privileged to develop and succeed in the Circular Economy especially in my country (Madagascar) as a prospective 'umbrella organisation' and advocate since there is not yet any in Madagascar ! Bridging REUSE and EDUCATION sectors.
First let me introduce myself : Ms Anita Mamy RASOAMBOLOLONA, self taught environmental activist, climate adaptation, 3R reuse sector, plastic waste management, vocational training through e-learning and local network of open education centres , youth and women empowerment (gender)!
I am 26 years old, Malagasy, living in Madagascar. Self taught in English (fluent) and French.
I have launched my own NGO called In-SERT. A sustainable initiative and programme targeting vocational training (WEEE repair, health, agriculture, aquaculture) and providing work for the youth and women (gender) through my Open Distance e-learning centers network (ODeL) www.the-insert.info
I am also in the process of building up a Cooperative using plastics waste as building materials with several other organizations for a new project called : AHA, "Housing for All" www.affordablehousing-forall.org targeted at slums/camps renovation and the building of bungalows cluster under USD 700-1000 all included, micro credit compliant !.
I am good at thinking out-of-the box, designing sustainable business models, rethinking sustainability and I am a hard worker, keen to deliver results such as helping projects to grow in a LLab (cluster) team playing mind. As a proof i am a key partner in a South-South-North Alliance
- My passion is to build up co-development and co-resilience value chains including the reuse sector and how to mainstream it with partners I have in Ireland and soon in Belgium and Germany !

It would be great if you could get support (guidance, mentoring?) us as consortium partner since we can provide some solutions in : education + ODA monitoring + involvment-empowerment of the influence of CSOs in governments policies (through TPM !) and also through online remote distance fellowship & mentoring through videos editing, which will be a unique exceptional example for the whole region (indian ocean) and LDC-SIDS countries as a kind of knowledge platform and why not a social network platform to share and promote best practices for ODA, climate change, adaptation etc.

B) We are a kind of LUCCC No 2 (Least Developed Countries Universities Consortium) gathering several kinds of organisations, mixing middle-income countries' bodies sharing their skills and experience with the least developed countries' (LDC and SIDS) bodies. A South-South-North organisation, that's why we designed our logo like this (attached) and website AAAA-AMOUR.org ! We are a cluster of universities, experts, NGOs, and Companies located in Malaysia, Indonesia, Eastern Africa (incl. Madagascar) and Europe (Ireland, Belgium). We are experts and organisations registered on the EC portal (pador) and UNGM (level 1 and 2 ! UNISNU UNGM 747398) for instance and other partners also registered on UNGM (since 1988, such as ISSEDD Institute Ex GRENE university, Director: Mrs Brigitte BEZANDRY, www.issedd-univ.mg ).
Our cluster is specialised initially in: Peer to Peer Mentoring for capacity building in term of large cooperative programmes (research and funding applications).WE SETTLED a programme for ODA TPM, based on the involvement of CSO

Mentors and experts has joined us as climate change and Ecosystem based Adaptation specialists sharing an extensive knowledge and references in : Coastal Resilience, GIS and Land management, afforestation, reforestation, water production, EbA solutions, green business, agroforestry, beekeeping, community led solutions (reference letters upon request )
Our services provided to our members and related CSO-NGOS support any environmental innovator who wishes to apply for grants and tenders calls.
B.2) The Irish office is keen to activate projects that will make a real difference to people, to climate adaptation and the environment in Europe and internationally with highest level access to governmental bodies.

AHA’s breakthrough innovative building technique ‘by the people for the people’ can deliver affordable homes targeted at pro-poor for slum reconstruction. It’s solid walls are fire and storm resistant and built using a technique reusing plastic waste and traditional local building skills. Making a home for free or very low cost can also provide a much wider up-cycling industry.

Improves quality of housing of people
∙ gives people means to self-build:
∙ training in construction and upcycling, and collecting plastic resources,
∙ puts pressure on governments to provide affordable means to deliver better housing for those in slums and tents
Increases number of affordable homes
Clusters of homes can be built, e.g. 1 acre or 5, 000 m (0.5 ha) allows 100 units to be built. These clusters can be equipped with biogas units providing energy for cooking and light, avoiding burning the forests.
Creates more local employment:
Creates an industry for housing (building supplies production),
Massive weapon for redistribution of wealth as it is hugely replicable,
Develops building supports:
Development of local Construction Co-operatives (CC) to provide support and training in self construction:
∙ Self construction techniques can be promoted through remote open distance learning centres (ODEL www.The-InSert.info )
∙ Implementation of a local 'craftsmen' industry for millions of stakeholders since it requires basic building skills and there is no need for a huge plant to produce materials or to do the assembly.

· Funding can be provided by using a mix of business models allowing the private finance sector to get onboard, such as microcredit or private banks and emergency NGOs or government organisations.
∙ The Cooperative Construction can become a kind of worldwide microcredit agency dedicated to AHA (Affordable Housing for All)

2) About NGO INSERT MADAGASCAR
Circular economy, plastic and waste WEEE management, Reuse-upcycling sector, IDP and CAMPS Vocational Training, Distance learning Centres, Incubator and support to social entrepreneurs Youth and Women, ThinkTank
Ms Anita Mamy RASOAMBOLOLONA (26 y. old) has Launched a NGO in Madagascar to create ODeLs (Online Distance e-Learning) Centres using e-Waste to fuel it up, called InSERT.
It aims to set up 13 ODeL centres for training in slums, financed by donations of used computers, as written in the-insert.info. InSERT already has partners such as UNISNU.ac.id and ISSEDD-univ.mg but also in Malaysia and Europe.
Training programmes
The ODELs are capable of delivering training and learning online and in person in the learning centres.
*Training for Computer technicians and electricians
Training can be provided for electricians and technicians to repair, reuse and rebuild electric and electronic stuff and materials (not ‘waste’!). . People able to become skilled, and then become independent as social entrepreneurs supported by Insert and Arís (a European reuse proposal), similar to 'Le Relais en Afrique; initiative...means subcontracting reuse work to eligible stations...
*Training for builders using plastic building materials for homes in camps/slums
Insert is also developing training session and support for members of a construction Cooperative for transforming plastic waste into building materials to make homes in slums-camps etc. .see housing-forall.org. This is complementary to training in e-Waste.
*Training for peri urban aquaculture and sustainable agriculture
Insert also has skills for training about hinterland aquaculture and sustainable culture. Such as hydroponics reusing plastics waste as materials
Insert is registered as a NGO in EC pador, UNGM and several federation and directories (CTCN etc..) and has contacts in Europe in different ways, including at government levels.
3) As a example of our LLab work to address main issues regarding LCD and SIDS etc.... RAN-GO Solar Tower Utility – Concentrated Desalination and Energy Unit for coastal communities
RAN-GO, is the most remarkable way to produce drinking and farming water for villages between 50-200 people community. It can be a community led and owned mini-utility unit producing desalinated seawater, and providing a cheap stream of drinking and farming water. This solution is nature based, and so affordable it could change the lives of millions in coastal desert areas, of which there are 16,000 km worldwide. This project is simple enough to be replicated internationally and impact two-three billion people living in coastal desert areas.
It took our cluster/consortium years to optimize and research this project, and universities and NGOs from our cluster recently applied to EbA, as it is EbA compliant and other funds for step 3 of its deployment.
It is affordable enough to have the potential to:
- solve the water security issue,
- create a source of renewable energy, zero carbon, enabling villages to become electrified,
- create farming water for farms
- create water for reforestation for biomass and sequestration of carbon
- create employment for private business owners
- create community owned and funded enterprise through micro credit
RAN-GO is FULLY EbA compliant 'ecosystems based adaptation'!
RAN-GO matches goals of access to water for all:
It is a community owned and run mini-utility plant.
It also matches climate adaptation criteria and circular development targets, cooperative decent work opportunities
