I am a development practitioner with extensive experience in project management, peacebuilding, livelihoods, and market systems development in fragile and conflict-affected contexts. I support the design and implementation of multi-sectoral programmes that strengthen community resilience and promote sustainable economic opportunities. My expertise includes MEAL, grant management, partner capacity strengthening, and stakeholder coordination with government institutions, civil society, and international actors.
My work focuses on localization, conflict sensitivity, and inclusive development, with a strong emphasis on supporting local partners and institutions. I have led and contributed to programmes on peacebuilding, natural resource management, climate resilience, and livelihood strengthening, often integrating Humanitarian-Development-Peace (HDP) nexus approaches with market-based solutions to improve long-term sustainability.
I also facilitate learning and mentorship within teams, supporting junior staff to strengthen their competencies in project management and programme implementation.
I am committed to advancing locally driven solutions that promote stability, economic inclusion, and community resilience in fragile settings.
