The Latin America and Caribbean Investment Facility (LACIF) is a blending facility that leverages financing to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals. PRARECOM project is one of the five projects in the Tubehoneza Programme funded by the European Union and implemented by AVSI in consortium with Caritas International Bélgique and Vétérinaire Sans Frontière Belgique.
