RENOVA – Renewable Energy Opportunities for Vocational Advancement (TEI OP-VET)

RENOVA – Renewable Energy Opportunities for Vocational Advancement is implemented in Mozambique from September 2025 to August 2027, by a consortium led by MUVA. The project focuses on renewable energy, working in partnership with energy companies and VET institutions to strengthen workforce skills and support private sector-led growth in the clean energy sector.

This project is implemented under Pillar 3 of the TEI Opportunity-Driven Skills and VET in Africa (OP-VET).
Pillar 3 supports strategic, opportunity-driven VET and skills development projects that align training with concrete employment opportunities arising from public and private investments. By engaging employers, VET institutions and public actors, these projects strengthen workforce readiness in priority sectors and support sustainable job creation.
