JP holds an MBA in Financial Services from the University of East London and several certifications including ISO Management Systems Lead Implementer and Auditor, a Certified Enterprise Risk Manager (CERM), among many other professional qualifications.
JP in the past and present has served on several boards including his current role as a Board Chair, Republic Bank Ghana Plc. Until his assumption of the Board Chair position at Republic Bank he was an Independent Non-Executive Director of the Bank and chaired the Audit Committee, and a member of the Credit Risk and Remuneration, Nominations & Governance Committees of the Bank.
