Systemic resilience to food crisis

Systemic resilience to food crisis refers to the interventions, such as social transfers, which help to build the capacity of local communities to withstand, adapt, and quickly recover from stresses and shocks such as food crises, drought, conflict or natural disasters. The main issues include productive assets and livelihoods; income diversity and stability; food price stability and insurance; and food and nutrition security early warning systems.
