Component 1 aims primarily to promote sustainable growth and job creation by supporting the transition of Latin American SMEs towards a low-carbon, resource-efficient and more circular economy. Projects implemented guide small and medium-sized enterprises across the region in adopting less polluting and more efficient products, processes and services, while supporting countries in moving towards more sustainable consumption patterns.
