Component 3, AL-INVEST Verde IPR, seeks to increase both the use and effectiveness of Intellectual Property Rights (IPRs) in Latin America, particularly in MERCOSUR countries. Its objective is to expand and strengthen the use of IPRs in order to enhance opportunities for research cooperation and to stimulate competitiveness and sustainable innovation.
