Fundamental and specialized training, including intercultural competencies: ✅ The Fundamental Training Package (FTP) on Intervention Cycle Management provides the EC staff in Headquarters and Delegations with a series of online training organised to enhance their competences on Introduction to Intervention Cycle Management (incl. Intercultural Core Competences), Context Analysis for designing an intervention, Logical Framework Approach (LFA) for designing an Intervention, Internal Monitoring for Results, Policy dialogue and negotiation (incl. Intercultural Core Competences), and Managing an Evaluation Process.
