The MAPS Project is a three-year initiative aiming at strengthening policy-making and programming on migration and forced displacement in Sub-Saharan Africa. The Center for Evaluation and Development (C4ED) was commissioned by the European Emergency Trust Fund (EUTF) to conduct the evaluation of selected EUTF supported projects in Sub-Saharan Africa (SSA). The Climate Change Sector Reform Performance Contract project aims to transform Ethiopia towards a climate resilient and green economy. It specifically improves the capacity of stakeholders of the Climate Resilience Green Economy (CRGE) strategy. The project also facilitates policy dialogue on forestry, industrial energy efficiency, national Measuring - Reporting - Verification (MRV) system for emissions and climate change funds management.
