Med Dialogue for Rights and Equality is a 3-year (2019 – 2022) EU-funded Technical Assistance Programme with the overall objective to strengthen the role of CSOs active at the regional scale, in building sustainable development, regional cohesion and resilience, as well as in influencing policy-making in the Southern Neighborhood and the Euro-Mediterranean Space. Mobilising local communities on regional issues of common concerns to influence the agenda of public decision-makers and regional institutions, and involve CSOs in emerging regional agendas and thematic dialogues make its unique character.

MIEUX (MIgration EU eXpertise) is a peer-to-peer experts’ facility which supports partner countries and regional organisations to better manage migration and mobility through the provision of rapid, tailor-made assistance upon request. Since 2009, more than 100 countries across the world have benefited from MIEUX capacity building activities delivered by almost 400 migration experts. MIEUX is a joint initiative funded by the European Union (EU) and implemented by the International Centre for Migration Policy Development (ICMPD).

In 2002, the European Union (EU) and the African Union (AU) established the EU-Africa Strategic Partnership on Water Affairs and Sanitation to contribute to achieving water supply, sanitation and water resources management related to the Millennium Development Goal targets in Africa. The partnership was operationalized by the Africa Working Group of the EU Water Initiative, chaired by African Ministers’ Council on Water (AMCOW) and the EU. The Africa-EU Water Partnership Project (AEWPP) is a continuation of this partnership. Project implementation is assigned to the Stockholm International Water Institute (SIWI).
