EvalVoices is a space for evaluators, by evaluators – a platform driven by voices from the field to advance how we talk about and practise evaluation. Anchored in the EU’s commitment to an “evaluate first” culture, as highlighted in the EU Evaluation Policy and the Better Regulation Guidelines, the EvalVoices initiative serves as an inclusive platform to facilitate the exchange of knowledge and insights amongst evaluation professionals and thought leaders. It explores what works, and what doesn’t under which circumstances – while sharing cutting-edge tools, methods and approaches that shape relevant, context sensitive, inclusive, and successful evaluation practices.
The Center for Evaluation and Development (C4ED) was commissioned by the European Emergency Trust Fund (EUTF) to conduct the evaluation of selected EUTF supported projects in Sub-Saharan Africa (SSA). The evaluation focused on activities under EUTF Strategic Objective (SO) 1 on improving the economic and employment opportunities in the Sahel and Lake Chad (SLC) and Horn of Africa (HoA) windows.

We support EU Delegations and INTPA Units to get the most out of evaluations. On these pages you will find three initiatives that are open to the wider evaluation community: EvalCrisis – a rich collection of resources to guide evaluators and evaluation commissioners through the challenges of evaluation in times of global crisis Disseminating evaluations – guidance on the creative dissemination of evaluation results to help you communicate well and reach a wide audience Evaluation in hard-to-reach areas (HRA) – a collection of resources based on a series of conferences on data collection in areas where access is difficult The ESS support the Evaluation section of INTPA Unit D4 in the delivery of the following service components: a. Advisory service on all aspects of evaluation methodology and processes; these services are directed towards INTPA Headquarters' Units and EU Delegations. b. Specific evaluation-related services to the Monitoring and Evaluation Focal Points; c. Quality Assurance service; d. Service to promote knowledge uptake and innovative evaluation practice within DG INTPA.
The aim of this evaluation project is to share evaluation experiences within Latin-American public administrations by providing peer to peer technical assistances that enable knowledge-sharing among institutions, ultimately strengthening decision-making processes in specific programs or public policies. The main objective is to institutionalize public policy evaluation as a general practice in the region.

The DEAR Programme works with civil society organisations and local authorities to promote global justice, human rights, sustainable development and democratic participation.
The objective of the ACCEDES Project is to improve the access, promotion and enrolment of vulnerable groups in milieus with risk of social exclusion in Latin America. To attain this goal, three operating objectives are proposed
SOCIEUX+ EU Expertise on Social Protection, Labour and Employment is a facility for technical cooperation between public and social partner peers established and co-funded by the European Union (EU). The general objective is to expand and improve access to better employment opportunities and inclusive social protection systems. Based on the peer exchange model, SOCIEUX+ shares knowledge and experiences through short-term missions and activities that enhance the capacity to design, manage, and monitor inclusive, effective, and sustainable employment strategies and social protection systems. SOCIEUX+ mobilises European public expertise for short-term technical cooperation activities with their peers outside the EU, and is available in more than 160 eligible countries and territories worldwide.
