Access to the System, Intervention or Logframe

Questions Answers
How can Implementing Partners (IPs) access OPSYS and the relevant interventions or logframes? Each implementing partner will only see the interventions they have been granted access to in the Funding & Tenders Portal (FTP). It is the EU Operational Manager who provides this access via an email invitation to the Lead Implementing Partner (LIP). Please make sure that you provide to the EU Operational Manager a personal email address or a functional MailBox from your organisation. The LIP can invite other Implementing Partners to access the intervention once in the intervention's page of the FTP.
After access is granted, click on the intervention's ID from the list on display in the "Interventions" section of the portal. Once in the corresponding intervention's page click on "Create Logframe"/  “View Logframe” button in the top right corner.
How to log into the system? The implementing partner (IP) can access the system via the Funding & Tenders Portal using Google CHROME or FIREFOX
https://ec.europa.eu/info/funding-tenders/opportunities/portal/screen/h…
It is always possible to search in these two browsers by "Funding and Tenders Portal".
All IP roles will need valid EU Login credentials to access the portal.

The logframe of the INTV is not accessible anymore When the logframe is "Pending for approval", the logframe is inaccessible for editing and only the review from the EU Operational Manager can be conducted.
Why cannot I submit the logframe and current values for approval?

There are some differences between Lead Implementing Partner vs Implementing Partner in OPSYS:

  • Lead Implementing Partner:
    • access granted by the EU Operational Manager. The Lead can give access to other Implementing Partners
    • can enter the logframe framework (results and indicators) and current values. They submit the logframe and current values to the EU Operational Manager.
    • can use the matching functionality in the logframes.
  • Implementing Partner:
    • access granted by the Lead Implementing Partner or EU Operational Manager.
    • can enter the logframe framework (results and indicators) and current values. They cannot submit the logframe and current values to the EU Operational Manager
    • cannot use the matching functionality in the logframes.
Is it mandatory or optional the use of the two factors of verification to access the system?  You can use only a password that is the simplest one. Please check https://wikis.ec.europa.eu/download/attachments/33522225/MA_EU%20Login_… of the External wiki for more details
