Our future – We are all actors in development
The international context is constantly changing with power increasingly shifting to non-state actors. This development challenges our vision of democracy in ways that EDD15 should explore. In light of the G7 agenda and Commission initiatives on sustainable and responsible supply chains and Corporate Social Responsibility, EDD15 will engage the private sector to discuss its role in the future of development. The agenda will include issues that were important to civil society organisations in 2014 including tax evasion, transparency and decent work. Events around this theme will encourage individual actors to take responsibility for shaping the future of our planet.
There are three topics within this theme:

- Global citizenship
- Decent jobs
