Expert 1:Dr.Todd Jarvis (USA)

    Todd Jarvis is the Director of the Institute for Water & Watersheds at Oregon State University in Corvallis, Oregon. With 35 years of experience in the groundwater engineering industry, Todd is licensed as a certified engineering geologist and water right examiner.

Expert 2: Dr.Melissa McCracken(USA)

     Melissa McCracken is the Manager of the Transboundary Freshwater Dispute Database at Oregon State University. She is a Ph.D candidate in Geography and is researching the effectiveness of transboundary cooperation over internationally shared waters.
