Sharing the Rio Grande between U.S. and Mexico
Todd H. Votteler, Ph.D. is President of Collaborative Water Resolution, which is devoted to resolving water conflicts through mediation and strategic issue analysis. Votteler is also the Editor-in-Chief as well as a co-founder of both the Texas Water Journal, and Texas+Water, a Fellow of the Meadows Center for Water and the Environment at Texas State University, and a Mentor at the Austin Technology Incubator at The University of Texas. Votteler has over 30 years of experience in water policy and water disputes over a wide range of issues including endangered species and competition over water among a range of water users including municipal, industrial, agricultural, and recreational users.
