The Global Europe Results Framework (GERF) is the corporate results framework for the aggregation of results used to collect and measure key results achieved by EU external interventions funded under the Neighbourhood, Development and International Cooperation Instrument – Global Europe (NDICI–Global Europe) which is the EU’s main external financing instrument for EU external action for the 2021-2027 Multiannual Financial Framework (MFF). The GERF is Directorate General International Partnerships' (DG INTPA) and Directorate General Middle Eastern and North Africa's (DG MENA) corporate results framework.

The EU Results Framework (EURF) is the predecessor to the GERF.
