European Year for Development 2015 Stakeholders

European years do not just cover a single year, but form part of a triennial cycle (preparation – implementation – evaluation/follow-up). With the formal adoption of the year, we can now move forward in the preparation and implementation cycles of the various EYD2015 activities at all levels.

This European Year promises to be a major event and will need the broadest political support possible to make this year a success. We will continue to engage with the new leaders within the EU and also with our partners and citizens all over Europe, on what should be a very exciting, and ground-breaking, year for international development.
