Air Quality Governance in the ENPI East Countries

The main objectives of this project were:

- To improve the Ukrainian emission reporting and registration system (revise and give recommendations for data collection, validation and handling for emission databases);

- To revise and update the national emission factors database (energy sector, including small and medium scale appliances, coke production sector, glass production sector and agriculture).
